Return Policy
At Wise Consulting Enterprise Inc., we are committed to providing transparent, fair, and compliant services to all of our clients. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our credit consultation and education services, in compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, including but not limited to the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA).
1. Right to Cancel
Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), clients have the right to cancel their contract with us for any reason within three (3) business days from the date of signing the agreement, without incurring any fees or penalties.
To cancel, you must provide written notice via email, postal mail, or other documented communication.
A full refund of any payments made will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your cancellation notice.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available under the following conditions:
Non-Performance of Services
If Wise Consulting Enterprise Inc. fails to provide the agreed-upon services outlined in your signed agreement, you may request a refund for the portion of services not rendered.
Cancellation Outside the 3-Day Window
After the 3-day cancellation period, refunds may still be requested, but are subject to a review of the work performed. Refunds will be prorated based on services rendered up to the date of the cancellation request.
No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes
While we commit to providing diligent and professional services, credit repair results vary by individual and are not guaranteed. Refunds will not be granted solely based on dissatisfaction with credit outcomes.
3. Refund Request Process

Full name and contact information
Client ID or account number

Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
4. Compliance with State-Specific Laws
Wise Consulting Enterprise Inc. abides by all state-specific regulations governing credit repair services. If your state provides additional rights or protections, those provisions will be honored as applicable.
5. Additional Terms
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise requested in writing.
Any fees paid to third-party services, such as credit monitoring services, are non-refundable as they are not managed by Wise Consulting Enterprise Inc.
Chargebacks without prior communication may result in termination of services and additional fees for dispute resolution.
